Hot breakfast was nice. Location to musikfest was great. Why we always stay here is because of the free shuttle to the venues at MF that run until midnight Staff was wonderful. Especially the ladies in the breakfast room. They were super friendly and nice. Always laughing. You can tell they love what they do. They also let us check in 2 hours early. We will continue to stay here Nothing really. It suited our needs

The free breakfast was the best. Some room furniture needs upgrading but still comfortable. Shuttle van was an unexpected good surprise. Definitely choose this spot again Nothing earth shattering.

Shower water pressure is weak TVs do not work if there is a storm in the area. They use satellite. After driving 2hrs we were greated by a grumpy check in receptionist. When i asked if she thought our room would be avaliable earlier she didnt even bother looking at her computer just said NO check in is at 2pm! She was rude no need for that, i get it we were early but she could have been alot nicer and at least great us with a smile. Shes in the wrong business.

Not very clean room the beds were too soft also very small and the breakfast Area was located in a bar this hotel does not deserve a 8.8.

Room was a good size but beds were not comfortable. The shower was great. All staff were excellent, the morning breakfast delicious and the hotel was convenient to where we were going. I would say 8 out of 10.
