Middle of historic Bethlehem -we walked everywhere!!

Great hotel about 1 block to the heart of historic Bethlehem’s shopping and dining area. Parking across the street is very easy. The rooms are standard Hyatt Place, large, clean, nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly and seem to genuinely want to help you with any of your requests/questions. The breakfast is good and Rose who seems to always be there works extra hard to make sure everyone has what they need. She is amazing and adds a lot to the welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast ends at 9 during the week which is a little early but otherwise it’s a nice addition. There is a great small cafe directly across the street as well. You can also buy drinks and snacks at the Hyatt which is convenient.

Staying there for Bethlehem Musikfest. Very convenient and excellent accommodations.

There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff on the evening of July 31, 2026, made my son and I feel like we were VIPs. Horrible drive up from DC and they wiped away our anxiety in seconds. The kitchen and breakfast room staff on August 1-2, 2026, were amazing. Smiles, personable, attentive; what more can you ask for? Cleaning professionals were wonderful. Non-intrusive, yet always there if you needed something.

Clean room , great breakfast options and moast of the staff was very helpful and attentive. You pay for parking ( although the garage is conviently located across the street) and the bar is more of a bar station which is a lottle misleading. Overall the location and ammenities are well worth the cost.
