The bathroom.kept flooding because of the shower set up, also the rooms had some black pain spots on windows and needed repainting

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lotus Boutique Hotel, and I can wholeheartedly say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was welcomed by a sense of tranquility and sophistication that carried through every aspect of my stay. The staff's commitment to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized recommendations for local attractions, their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on me. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was a sanctuary of comfort, boasting plush furnishings, high-quality linens, and all the modern amenities one could desire. Everything was fine!

Very comfortable room. Clean and well furnished. Great location for exploring the neighborhood. Felt safe and secure during our very short visit. Staff were most accommodating, even arriving early to let us in and following up to ensure everything was okay. Will certainly return.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, Laith and Jaabir were courteous, excellent, generous hosts. The water in the morning for the shower ran cold but it may have been we needed to turn a switch in maybe.

The hotel was in an ideal location, near restaurants and convenience stores. Abed, one of the staffs is super accommodating and helpful. And so was Laith, the owner of the property made sure that we were well taken cared off. He was kind enough to include us in the dinner preparations even though we shouldn’t have as we had no prior reservations for dinner. but since they had a group that did, and we just got in (checked in) from another place, he offered to serve us dinner. the rooms were big enough for us to feel comfortable, to fit our luggages inside the room too and to enjoy our stay. The owner responds quick to our queries and our needs. We appreciate the kind treatment that Laith and Abed has given us during our stay. Thank you! Other than it had no access of an elevator, everything was very well. Though the staff helped us bring in our luggages, so that was fine.

Recently refurbished property. the facilities are new and very clean. great location if you have a car, you can park the car just in front of the hotel. It’s only just a few minutes drive from Betlehem basilica. The staff very attentive and ready to help us with anything we needed. They allowed us to use the mini kitchen for a quick dinner. Bottled waters provided all the time at request. Overall really great stay in Betlehem/Jerusalem. Nothing - maybe some of the staff was short in English but this wasn’t an impediment to communicate so not really a negative point.
