The location was fantastic and staff were very kind and professional. The heating was very cozy and the rooftop bar was to die for. Helped make our stay in Bethlehem as fun and pleasant as it was. Decorations throughout the hotel are also tasteful. We truthfully did expect the room to be a little bigger for a double but it was otherwise nice. The shower also did not drain fast enough, and we wish our room was not right next to a family who woke us up early.

Hotel located near the church of nativity which help us reach the center of Bethlehem. Also, the balcony was one of the most enjoyable thing we could search for. However, viewing was not good enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Maintenance of hotel made the staying less comfortable comparing with other hotels of the same ranking. Moreover, some of lights in the room was not working but that was expected as the hotel was under rehabilitation. Hotel facilities were not available such as Restaurant, GYM etc. The hotel has no transportation services or staff to collect our luggage
