Nabil is a fantastic host and very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had great recommendations and was able to organise a taxi for me to go to various locations. The room was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning, which omes included in the cost, was amazing! Nothing.

what a pleasant stay with kind and generous hospitality in a gracious authentic family home!! The room was exquisite and so clean. The breakfast was amazing with himw-made jam and fresh bread. Parking is challenging but there is a parking lot right next door. The hotel owner also made space for our car in his parking lot which was so convenient.

It's hard to write this review and not be repetitive. It's such a gem in Bethlehem, true home away from home. Beautifully restored family house just a few steps from the Church of Nativity, the location cannot be better. The rooms are spacious and sparkly clean. The lovely courtyard shaded by a pistachio tree is a lovely spot to relax. And then...the legendary breakfast. This is a well thought out selection of best of the best Palestinian dishes. Excellent eggs, cheese, olives, vegetables and finally legendary jams, prepared for Nabil himself. And speaking of Nabil - he is the host extraordinaire, makes you feel like a part of the family and suddenly you realize that all you  want is to return to Dar Sitti Aziza over and over again. I loved everything about this hotel

An absolute delight. Nabil went “above and beyond” to ensure we were comfortable and got the most out of our visit. He is a true host, an memory of his home made breakfast jams and eggs, and lovingly restored family home, will stay with us.

Dar Sitti Aziza far exceeded my expectations for my 2024 Christmas stay in Bethlehem. Located just steps from Manger Square down a quiet set of steps off Milk Grotto Lane, the unassuming facade belied the grand welcome that awaited. Walking through the door felt like stepping into history. The immaculate, well-appointed room with its arched roof and stained glass windows felt quite grand. And having an afternoon coffee accompanied by local dates on the rooftop with the Church of the Nativity in view was incredibly special. And then the BREAKFAST! The incredible spread of fresh bread, homemade jams, and array of local delicacies was unlike anything I have experienced anywhere in the world — truly spectacular. Finally Nabil, the owner and host, treated me like family, taking time to talk with me in depth about the history of his 500-year-old family home turned into Dar Sitti Aziza, sightseeing in Bethlehem, and life in general. I’m looking forward to returning with friends and family many times!

This is a hidden Gem in Bethlehem, by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Nabil was an amazing host, providing us with a personalised tour and flavour of Bethlehem The breakfasts and stories and Nabil's attention to making our stay as wonderful as possible was just perfect If a perfect score was 10, Nabil and this hotel deserves a 15

After 5 weeks of traveling through Europe and Morocco this was the most welcoming, wonderful place I stayed. The most comfortable bed, the best breakfast, and in such a perfect location. Nabil helped me get from Jerusalem during the holiday and to the airport afterwards, and helped me in every other way with directions and recommendations. It was a joy and privilege to stay in his family home, and a pleasure to meet him. THANK YOU Nabil, my family and I are thinking of you and your family, hoping you are all safe, and that in the future I will visit again with them.

Our group of 6 traveled to Palestine for the first time and stayed at Dar Sitti Aziza for 4 nights. Nabil, the owner of the place, made us feel at home from the first moment, taking care of the smallest detail and responding to all our needs. His kindness and attention go beyond any words. The place has been the family home for 500 years and was remodeled as an hotel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean and the extraordinary breakfast is full of delicious family recipes. The hotel is located at three-minute walk from the Church of the Nativity and for our tour in Palenstina , Nabil recommended an excellent guide who took us to all the places of interest Our stay at Dar Sitti Aziza was a memorable experience and we will definitely stay here again . This is a really wonderful place to stay. Nabil is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to welcome you, make sure you have what you need, and give tips on places to visit; he even took the time to teach us some Arabic. The beds were very comfortable, the old building was beautiful, and the courtyard was a lovely place to eat or just sit and read. The breakfast was the best I have had in Palestine (and elsewhere!), with beautiful homemade condiments and a special family recipe for delicious eggs. The location is great for exploring Bethlehem. I will definitely return for the eggs and the wonderful hospitality! Nothing!

Breakfast was superb with home made local dishes outside in the courtyard which was shaded and pleasant. My host chatted to his guests and I learnt about the local dishes. I can't think of anything I didn't like

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and the manager was so kind and warm and friendly. We loved our stay and couldn't recommend it enough. The location is wonderful, right at Manger Square where Church of Nativity is. I wish we could have stayed much longer, I didn't book for long enough! Nothing!

The property was so charming and welcoming. It’s a unique and historical property that just pulls you in. Nabil, the owner, explained his personal relationship to the property and explained his family ties to it which made our stay that much more meaningful. Absolutely nothing, it was beautiful!

This is a very lovely boutique hotel. It takes you back in time. The owner Nabil makes you feel at home and was the best host! We will miss seeing him everyday and enjoying his breakfast. The location is great and you can walk to the Nativity Church and Milk Grotto Church. The location is also close to many restaurants and shops. It was wonderful to support Nabil and his amazing hospitality. Nothing! Nabil went above and beyond and made us feel like family!

A wonderful property- and Navil is an extraordinary host- so kind- so informative and responsive to our needs. The place is beautiful - lots of fruit trees and outdoor garden. Breakfast is amazing especially the eggs- a family recipe that is so delicious. Close to shops and restaurants. Navil connected us with a wonderful tour guide who went out of his way to accommodate our interests. A day we will never forget. We would definitely return to this property. Nothing- everything was outstanding.
