Very clean, the staff are amazing, very responsive, lovely and caring , very close to everything in Bethlehem Nothing that we didn’t like

The location is perfect - within walking distance of central Bethlehem yet out of the hubbub. The woman manager whose name - alas - I have forgotten is fabulous. She gave great directions, called a cab so I could get to the Banksy wall, and when I was leaving to my next destination via shared cab, she called the guesthouse to confirm the plans and gave directions for the driver of the shared cab. I could not have asked for more. There is a dining room with good food on site for dinner with a view over the hills. Delighted with everything.

Only 3 minutes hot water for shower in the winter. No anouncement about it before reservation. Even on the desk. Is it 9.0 grade?

The location is close to Nativity church. It's a new look and beautiful hotel. It is clean. The restaurant is fabulous with flavorful food and the price is reasonable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with good view over the city. Very nice rooftop restaurant and bar with friendly waiters The fact that all the balconies were connected over the entire floor.

very clean and new hotel. Very well located, close to Manger square and Nativity Church. The restaurant and bar on the top floor and it’s terrace is great. Bottled water was only provided on arrival but promptly offered on request afterwards. Although we did not book initially the room with breakfast, it was not available before mid-mor y when we inquired about it. probably because there were very few clients. Initial confusion with the price, as the amount quoted for 2 nights was thought to be the daily rate per night but corrected after proof of booking were shown by us. Rooms are very small but this was enough for us.

Clean, comfortable and centrally located hotel with lovely staff and superb restaurant! The food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. Everyone on staff was so warm, friendly and naturally hospitable. It's the best hotel option in Bethleham by far!

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely restaurant. Hot water lasted only a short time. There was some road noise which was pretty loud. Rooms on the back may be quieter.

Great, clean rooms in central Bethlehem. Good location near the church and other sights. The curtains were quite thin, and it was difficult to make the room dark to sleep.
