The BnB itself is luxurious, spacious, and impeccably maintained. The host is warm and kind, and my stay felt like the comforting embrace I needed at the end of a stressful trip. I can’t thank my host enough. Highly recommended. Bexhill is the perfect base for exploring Hastings and St Leonards. Away from the bustle of the commercial areas, this quaint, safe, and mostly residential town offers everything a traveller loves to come home to: a beautiful oceanfront walk just a few hundred metres from the door, with restaurants, cafés, and shops close by. The bus stop is right across the street, and the train station is only a short stroll away for quick access to neighbouring areas.

Immaculate, beautifully decorated, superb location, comfortable bed and welcoming host. Breakfast freshly cooked to order, well presented. A fan was provided when we asked. If I was being very picky, I would have liked a hand held shower wand as well as the overhead shower. But the shower facilities were luxurious!

Friendliness, cleanliness, situation

Exceptional B&B! I am picky about cleanliness, and this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Lucia and Vicky also accommodated us with our electric bikes, and let us keep them in the back garden for safety. Breakfast was just great. Bed was very comfortable. Nothing

Decor very tasteful, spotlessly clean. Room was very comfortable, jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Lucia the host could not have been more helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent produce. Very close to the beach and the town. Will definitely be staying here again. There was nothing not to like.

Everything was great about my stay last week. I was pleased to find that this B&B was perfectly located for the reason of my visit. It was just a short walk away from my arrival at Bexhill station. On the walk down, I could see the sea ahead and passed the road where my friends lived locally. Then, a big surprise that the church I would be attending the next day was directly opposite the B&B! The venue after the blessing service was nearby, too. I couldn't have chosen a better B&B. Lucia & Vicky were perfect and friendly hosts. The lovely en-suite room was clean, and with the current heatwave, it was a delight to have a mini fridge with welcomed bottled water and fresh milk. I also highly recommend the delicious breakfast. There was nothing to complain about!

The bathroom was superb and the bedroom great too. So nicely decorated Limited breakfast time but Lucia was accommodating

The location of the B&B was very good as it was very central. The host gave us help and advice about parking in the area. She was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The shower would benefit from having a handset as well as the overhead rain shower. Not everyone wants to shower from head to toe. Sometimes, it's just good to freshen up with a hand held shower spray. An extra bath towel would have been handy too.

This beautiful Edwardian house was, in our opinion, the height of excellence for a B&B property and we have stayed in many. It was stylish, very clean & friendly & the attention to detail was second to none. N/A
