The attention to detail, tea and coffee in your room, bottles of water and a fan. Tooth brushes and toothpaste, and spare coffee, tea, sugar and Milk on each landing Nothing could of been better, they even supplied parking permits

Breakfast not included but plenty of places to eat very close to property. There was nothing about the property that we didnt like. Room was great and location to all facilities was great. Easy access to places to eat and visit within walking distance.

What a gem of a place. The location is fabulous - just a minute’s walk from the seafront. The hotel is stylish and beautifully decorated and there are lovely touches like tea, coffee and biscuits in the room as well as sealed packets of toothbrushes and toothpaste if you have forgotten your own. There was a fan which kept the room at a perfect temperature throughout the night and the beds were really comfortable. It was a very peaceful room overlooking the back garden and we both got a great night’s sleep!

Excellent location. Large, clean room with a good sized en suite with his and her sinks. Information, communication and quick responses from the hosts, Rachel and Jon, was excellent. Nothing other than stairs might be a challenge for those with mobility issues. We did not find this an issue for us.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the location is 1 minute away from the coast and the De La Warr Pavillion, and the family room was spacious and clean. Loved the extra touches like dressing gowns, toothbrush & paste, biscuits etc. we would definitely stay here again, it was great value for money

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated and very clean. Comfy bed and nice bed clothes. Parking permits were available for street parking outside property. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. Nothing to complain about at all.
