The rooms were spacious with a great view. The entire property was good with good poll and restaurants. The service staff were very good and accommodating. The food was also very good. The front desk and reception most probably employ inexperienced staff. While checking out, I had paid my dues and after confirming with the receptionist, I left. I get a call after 1 hour asking me when I would check out. When I said I already did, they asked me to pay the due. After that they started asking me to show proof of payment and suddenly confirmed from their side that the payment is done. That is a bad experience. Staff should check everything multiple times before blaming a customer. Also, there is just one security guard at gate who checks bags, collects them, routes traffic, everything. Employ more staff.

The property is beautifully maintained and is at a great location. The best part is the staff. Mr Sandip and Prasad from Slounge and every member of Citrus cafe were amazingly helpful. Mr Biswajeet who is the chef also made a curated local cuisine for. key cards have a problem now and then but not a show stopper

Ambience was splendid, room was also fine, buffet system was so-so. There is a need to add more items in food lists. Toiletries was not provided adequately and separately for three guests. As the hotel staffs knows three guests are coming so they didn't manage to give us separate towels and other essentials. No beverages were placed into the refrigerator. While booking the room it is shown mini bar will be placed in the room. We didn't find out anything. During check-in there was a confusion raised by the hotel staff which was all wrong. According to them, one is extra person we have to pay extra 1500 plus 28 percent gst. If not then, one person couldn't able to eat breakfast..

Beautiful hotel, modern rooms, excellent service. I have a dairy allergy and the team at Lemontree went and got Almond milk just for me. Exceptional service and very clean and modern hotel.

on 21 Nov - 7 floor party or wedding happening. from 6 pm to 10.30 pm loudest noise and drums and singing dancing without informing the room guests on floors above. As the function was in open area loud noise disturbing for all guests I am on 11 Floor still. Hotel duty manager etc did nothing and all room guests suffered loud noise. no planning and no sound proof inconvenience the room guests who will never come again for lack of banquets checking bathroom sink too uncomfortable and taps to explain before. Interior Designer forgot to put lights inside the shower area and on top of mirror - so bathroom mirror also while shaving or face wash looks less lit. Size of room and bathroom good but decor inside bathroom needs uplift and improvement
