Ok Location is good. TV not working. Stinky and unclean room. No service or facilities. Unprofessional checkout. Very pricy hotel and wrongly branding as 5 star deluxe hotel, but it is less than 3 star or lower hotel.

Very courteous staff. promptly trying to address concerns, within their capacity. There was a foul smell in the rooms. perhaps something to do with ducts and moisture sitting in it for a long time.

It compares with any international brand and in fact beats them at services hands down . They go out of the way to look after guest needs . Be it laundry be it food . One of my better stays . Honestly nothing there that I can’t like .

In general the upkeep of the property was good and the travel desk provided good vehicle and a duty minded driver to support. The billing process is confusing and cumbersome. The staff are not well groomed and a bit uneasiness sets while billing because of lack of listening skills of front desk

No proper service even after informing the reception team personally no one bothered to either provide the service or clean the room. i personally informed and no action. the room was stinking after my arrival with the left over food of night.
