All small details. For instance, right after they clean the room, they organize the charging cables, put extra effort to organize my toiletries. Attention to details was amazing

Visiting from US and decided to stay here with my parents. Trident is a great place to stay, it’s beautiful property and the entire staff is very courteous and professional. Mr. Niladri was very attentive and ensured that our entire stay remains smooth. Their breakfast is must try, has something for everyone and very delicious. What makes it even more enjoyable is their staff. Mr. Nirmalya was so attentive, he kept tab of our every dietary need. Ms, Muskan, Mr. Suraj, Mr. Prashant and Mr. Amaan were all great. We went to Jagganath ji Puri and it’s convenient place to travel for day trip there. This hotel is also in prime location. I would certainly come back here.

Very courteous staff, excellent breakfast and comfortable room. We felt that we got excellent value for the price paid. Some of the stuff in the rooms is getting worn out as it is an old property(like cupboard and drawer panels, doors)- could be replaced to give a more chic look

I had a good stay at the Trident hotel in Bhubaneswar. The room and the private bathroom with a toilet, everything was clean and neat. All the staff members I met there were professional and welcoming. I truly appreciate the front office staff, especially Priyasha for assisting me in making my stay more comfortable. A few concerns are that the carpets in the hallways look a bit old, and there were no q tips/earbuds available in the room and the presence of officers in uniform in the front desk area all the time.

Location is very good just 15 min from airport and same from markets. It’s a heritage hotel so some of the facilities are dated but still in excellent working condition. I liked the spacious room

Clean, amazing restaurant and we are picky. Welcoming kind and helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Lots of children, some crying in neighboring rooms.

Gardan within the property which is behind the hotel. Mirror & wash basin were not in alignment. Generally the mirror & wash basis sh be in align in same line.

The Hotel assigned me with a disabled room and never informed at checking in Hotel has huge issues with Power outage and my iPhone is not working as was charging when the power fluctuated during my stay
