Horrible experience. I usually try to get into the negative reviews and judge them according to expectation vs outcome. Here i had very less expectations but still i would recommand to scrap this property has to be removed from any booking apps. Rooms Not clean, infested with termites, cockroaches,bed sheets pillow covers dirty, washroom stnky never cleaned and moist , staffs- idiots, i had to take mu luggage myself tp 1st floor and down with no help, no help for anything was done. Reception- you will get free advices, no help, everything comes with price. Denied AC , even TV was not working due to unavailability of remote, cunningly they hided facilities in booking apps (they told AC is not available for online booking), demanded money for everything Had rule book for no food allowed no outsider alloed food order to be given early any damages will be recovered etc. Most interesting fact- the staffs use the TV and rooms specially at their spare time as no boarders are there at any time. Cost is not justifiable as per comparable hotels.

Receiptionist is friendly and helpful. Experience is oka but,not very good. Improvement required on below points : 1.Card payment not acceptable.only phonepe and cash accepted. 2.Handwash or soaps not provided but if you ask explicitly they are providing soap for bathroom use. 3.Towel also provided if ask explicitly.Tower provided to me is not good.it was smells bad. 4.Pillows are smells very bad.i didn't use it. 5. Water was dripping from comodo toilet while flushing which is feeling dirty. 6.Price is higher side. 7.Packing water bottle is chargeable.i was expecting one free packing water bottle should be provided.
