Staff Awful experience, very uncomfortable mattress, caused severe hip pain. The room was too much noisy, AC outer unit is installed the balcony, which is approximately 5 to 6 feet from the bed. Not recommended.

The behaviour of the staff was exceptional. 1. My parents had to change their room twice. The first room that they gave us had no AC even though they charged the full amount. The second room had no hot water. 2. Eventually the third room that they were given was adequate but the entrance to the washroom had a very big step which made it very difficult for my parents. 3. The wifi signals are fine but the speed is very slow. They need to increase their bandwidth. 4. They charge a hefty amount for the food which is the norm at places like this but the quantity of food does not justify the prices. 5. Not recommended for elderly and people with disabilities. Apart from the washroom issue mentioned above, the hotel is on a steep hill which would make it very difficult for them to move about.

Everything Access to this property during night time is a bit scary as there are less sign boards and dark all the way up to it.

Breakfast was good. Location was not on Main area but it was calm Heating system was not working. required for children. For elders, it was good.

A very decent value for money. We got a whole suete for family. Overall quite comfortable stay, hot water, wifi , free breakfast and inverter made our stay quite comfortable. Staff was extra sweet and nice. Only the rooms in basement didnt have heater/ inverter, so a bit cold.

Atmosphere. Chalat is good for 3 couples. There was nothing in the kitchen like utensils. Inverter wasn’t working in the living room and 2 rooms in the basement was without any inverter.

There food taste is excellent. There service was really good. They can include Android TVs and improve wifi speed.

Our stay at Hotel One Bhurban was excellent. Their service was very good, and every time we asked for room cleaning, they did it quickly and properly. We got the highest room with a stunning view of the mountains and greenery all around. The balcony was amazing, and we could enjoy the beautiful scenery from both the room and the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. They also gave us complimentary breakfast and a kettle with tea items we could use anytime. The manager and all staff members were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic stay in Bhurban.

The staff was co-operative especially the housekeeping department. One room did not have the Valley view
