The staff were so friendly and the hotel is very stylish The property was generally clean however … we did find a big lump of a previous residents cheese in the fridge which made us question how well the room had been checked or cleaned - the staff did deal with this very quickly for us

Contemporary small hotel, super centrally located in Biarritz, across Les Halles. Very convenient to have a parking area and a nice garden/patio area. Breakfast is top notch and sitting outside in the courtyard in the morning is great. Staff very helpful. Be aware that the sofabed in the suite is too small to make a full 4-person room. Bathroom was also rather small. If we would come back (which we would) I would book 2 separate rooms.

The room 102 was large and very comfortable with a little balcony for relaxing. Highly recommend this room because it also had a lovely view of the garden. The beds and pillows were comfy too. The selection at the buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. We enjoyed reading in the shady garden. An absolute sanctuary for those meeting friends and family for lunch. The staff were helpful and efficient. However two young women impressed us. One very friendly and charming young woman ( with a braid ) on reception and another young woman ( wearing glasses ) who always greeted us with a smile at breakfast. We are Australian and appreciate the personal attention they showed us. We liked everything and will hopefully return for a second visit to Hotel de Silhouette.

A really pleasant stay in a relaxed hotel with really good service. The room was comfortable and the staff were nice. The sparrow that continually helped itself to the breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff were lovely, the hotel is decorated in a great style, the garden area/bar is a great plus after a day exploring Biarritz.
