The person at the front desk was willing to accommodate us and give our rooms even though we came outside of check-in ours and he was on his brake

very well located, good AC, very friendly and helpful staff

we feel so lucky to hAve a gem in Biarrutz everything!

The only thing I would add is an elevator and make beach towels available for guests- but it was not really an issue, we managed

Spotless, quiet, comfortable hotel right in the center of town. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Can't think of anything I didnt like.

The location was perfect. Parking was fortunately available right outside (due to off season). We were warmly welcomed by Lyne, who only recently hired, seemed to be part of the flawless setting and environment. Theo was equally friendly and generally interested in ensuring our stay was as magical as possible. Biarritz, in itself is a dream but when combined with the luxury of lovely people, well then… enough said! It was all perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fridge in the room was very noisy and the safe is mot ideal as it was tiny and one could just move it.

The location was ideal with a lot of cute shops and places to eat nearby. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also clean and had the necessary amenities as well. The hours for check-in were limited because it did not have a regular staff. Although this might not be an issue for most hotel guests, it should be noted that there is no car park on the property.

The staff were so nice and attentive, they walked me up to my room and made sure I felt comfortable. They made it easy for me to drop my bags and keep them there during the day of my check out as well. Highly recommend this location!

Location and new renovated rooms Since there is no elavator 3 rd floor maybe challing for elder people with big luggages. (But they help you to carry ?)

Location was great...close to beaches, retail, restaurants and points of interest. Room and facilities clean and comfortable. Teo was friendly, helpful and language was no problem.
