Great location Breakfast room is reached by a strange stairway. Breakfast was good but we were hoping for some eggs. Then after we had been there quite a while the staff showed up with an 'egg boiler' and we waited for it to finally get warm ... eggs were ready just before we needed to leave.

The location was great! Close to the beach, casino, and shopping. Overwhelming room perfumes, air conditioners that needed “rebooting” several times making the room very warm Unable to get a taxi

Pretentius hotel not meeting price expectations, booking photos missleading. Feels more like a hostel. Brekfast place if you want a good coffee you have to pay extra, ridiculous.

A bit pricey, but oh well, it is Biarritz; lots of rich folks there, you pay a premium for that. Nearby parking is very expensive during the day (4 euros/hour), but luckily it is free overnight until 10 am (at least on the day we checked in).

The location: in the Vieux-Port (old harbor), within minutes of a cute little beach, restaurants, attractions, shopping etc. The breakfast is really excellent, in the hotel's own coffee shop. The hotel and room are decorated in a cute Hawaiian style, with a strong surfing vibe! I highly recommend. The location: do NOT come by car to Biarritz! It is impossible to park. The hotel's directions to the closest parking garage do not take into account the numerous one way streets, or closures so we never reached it.
