This lovely, clean, quiet hotel is in a great location in the old town and close to the beach. The staff were responsive and helpful. We paid extra for a nice breakfast, but the cost was very reasonable. Our room was small, but typical for many small European hotels. We still loved our stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, great location, charming, comfy bed, plenty of closet space. Slight downside was the toilet shower combination in the bedroom, but it’s an older building so they did make it so I didn’t have to share a bathroom with other rooms.

The home is equipped with an elevator that facilitated getting luggage to our room. Beautifully laid out rooms. Nothing was disliked

Although this hotel is not facing the water, it is just blocks from the heart of the town where the market, shops, and restaurants that make Biarritz special. Like many European hotels, the hotel is in an older building that has been updated while keeping the old-world charm. The rooms are very clean and updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not take advantage of it, but they serve a very nice breakfast in the lobby for an upcharge.

Great location, comfortable and good terrace space. Parking and amenities are nearby. Good sound proofing as our stay was over Halloween and the nearby park was crowded and noisy, but the room was quiet. Shower sealant was black and a bit unsightly. Very expensive area for parking, €50 for our stay. €10 for a pint.

This was our first hotel as we prepared to walk the Camino de Santiago. It was the first of 38 hotels in a 50 day span. The location could not be better, right in the heart of Biarritz. The check in people were very nice and the room was also nice albeit a bit older. For the price I think that breakfast should be included.

Lovely location and great room. Nice view. Comfortable bed and lovely staff. Reception welcomed us and gave us a map with great dinner recommendations. Enjoyed our breakfast too.

Close to the airport, 11 bus drops you a few minutes away. Pleasant outdoor space on a sunny afternoon. Tasty continental breakfast, full breakfast available also. Freshly squeezed orange juice was very nice. Staff were all very pleasant, Emma in particular went out of her way to be helpful.

Good choice of food, all very fresh. Lounge room was good for relaxing and reading. Staff were very good. Excellent location to all locations in the town centre.
