The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The facility was clean. If your room is on the front plaza (west side) make sure to have silicone ear plugs that block all sounds. The plaza is very noisy at night due to two bars. One is located next to the hotel entry, and the second one is about 60 feet from the front of the hotel, across the plaza. They seat patrons outside, if warm enough, and there is a lot of hooting and hollering until they close. After these bars close, the entire plaza is cleaned with truck-mounted vacuums, followed by truck-mounted spray-washing. After that, deliveries to restock the stores will begin before sunrise. The ear plugs will also block the sound of motorcycles at the nearby intersection. If you bring silicone ear plugs, you may not hear any of this, as the hotel has good windows that block some of the sound. One other thing, the fire doors into the stairways need simple adjustments to their hydraulic closers. Currently, due to maladjustment, these doors slam to a close with a loud bang when they hit the metal door frames. As designed, they should soft-close.

A strong odor of sewer from the bathroom so door had to be kept closed.I asked to turn on the air,they said it’s still on winter setup.Some April days are over20C.I opened the window and got mosquitos! This property isn’t 4-star, more like a 3-star.

Nice rooms, appeared recently decorated, and hotel well situated close to the beach and all central Biarritz amenities and restaurants etc. We didn’t try the breakfast. Staff were really helpful.

Location Very rude treatment of the staff.... Paying more than 200 euros per night,suppose to be a 4 start hotel, unable to have the kindness to make beds in the afternoon and bring full clean towels

central location, friendly and helpful staff and great buffet breakfast. The room was uncomfortably warm and the thermostat couldn’t be set to a comfortable temperature.
