The floor wasn’t as clean as I would like but otherwise very clean overall

The hotel was convenient to all attractions and staff couldn't have been more accommodating.

This hotel is in the most wonderful location in the most wonderful town. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and kind and welcoming and I wish I had been able to stay longer. It was exceptionally charming walking around the town - it makes me feel like it was the town beauty and the beast was set in but plucked up and plunked beside the ocean. Absolutely phenomenal and I would love to come back soon. Nothing - it was incredible. It was quite stormy and windy so the beach was closed off for access but I was able to see it and other sights from just behind the sand.

Location is very good up a side street near the Jardin Public bus stop. Number 11 bus from the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Everything was clean. Bedroom was small and a bit cramped. There was no door between bedroom and bathroom . I'm not sure what the criterion in France is for a four star hotel but this didn't feel like one compared to other hotels we stayed in.

Location on a small quiet street close to all you would need within two blocks: including at least four wonderful restaurants; two streets away from main square and 12 minutes walk to the lighthouse, about 6 minutes to beach, lots of independent stores nearby and carefour grocery is also 5 minutes away. Property: definitely refurbished recently so bed, bathroom are up to date, soundproofing windows. A lift to 2-4 floors and about 5 rooms per floor. Rooms are perfect for solo traveler and for couple if there is no need to work from room ( no desk in room). Staff: wonderful, helpful, passionate about guests comfort. Specifically would like to mention Rafael who could even manage make a reservation on our behalf at a place that supposedly does not take reservations. One minor suggestion: since second key activates electricity in rooms, make mini fridge independently connected to electricity. It does start cooling eventually, just takes time, so items in minibar ( soda, water) are warm on arrival because electricity is off prior to guest check in. Other that that- happy with the experience! Not property related- more of advise on timing of arrival if you drive: if your arrival time is around 19:00 there is a change parking garage nearby will be busy with cars getting in and out and it will take some effort to find a space.

the staff were very good and attentive We couldn’t get into the hotel when we arrived, no one was around and door was locked - not a good start- this has never happened to me before. The room was basic not 4 star standard. The door to the toilet squeaked really badly and was very disturbing especially at night, there was no door to the bathroom, the room was cold. Breakfast had to many carbs not enough cereal no humous… not balanced.

Lovely room, quiet off the main streets, yet close to all public transport, restaurants, market, shopping, sea and beaches. Delicious breakfast, with homemade cakes, muesli, pancakes, served by extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Nice small breakfast room and outdoor area.
