Staff was very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and in line with expectation. The staff did let us know that our initial room at AC issue and we were therefore upgraded to another room.

My husband and I had a room in the building across the street from the reception, which we did not like, My children instead had a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the newly remodeled facilities overlooking the courtyard and restaurant ant that was super nice. Their apartment had a big terrace, a kitchen (washer included) and a living room. Very well appointed and decorated. Would make sure we return to that side of the hotel. Our room was in a taller building that I had not seen in any photos of the hotel, Window overlooking the parking area. Would not return to those rooms.

Great location, large clean room No fridge in the room nor any glasses to have a drink. Shower needed a divide because when you had one water went everywhere
