Location - beach is nearby, city center 15 minutes walking or take a bus (bus stop is in 100m). Free parking which is a huge bonus in Biarritz. Comfy beds, good room size. Normal breakfast was included in the price. Good air condition. Basically everything was OK.

Really nice modern hotel. The room was good and clean. Facilities were very good for the cost. Decent free parking - not completely secure but off the main road and seemed safe enough. Great location and view. Nothing really....

The breakfast was amazing. Ample room and really comfortable. Bus stop just in front of the building. A bit difficult to access if you walk in. Designed for car travellers. A bit away from groceries stores or commercial area.

Good 3 star hotel in a great location. Just a 10 minute walk to one of many beaches.Great carparking on site.Rooms are clean and very comfortable with great air conditioning. I have to say the beds are a good size and very comfortable. In my opinion breakfast could be improved greatly. Cutlery and glasses/cups are dirty , guests are waiting to get hot foods replenished.Water from the tea & coffee machine was far from hot and this wasn't from over usage.This is letting the hotel down as seeing people's reactions and comments to the staff. Breakfast, dirty glasses/cutlery etc, guests waiting to get hot foods replenished. Very poor, this is letting the hotel down greatly. I experienced guests commenting to staff on a number of occasions.
