Very busy the week I was there but no noise and quiet surroundings

Location!! Narrow beds located up in a mezzanine with very narrow and steep dangerous staircase!

Location overlooking the ocean. Staff was friendly. Free parking. Very dated. Curtains were moldy, walls damaged, furniture old.

The property is very dated, the beds and bedding are not comfortable. I believe we got an older apartment - some of the other apartments looked more updated. However, for the price, it was very serviceable and convenient.

The views, the staff, and the location were amazing. My only complaint is that there were a lot of critters in our room. Tons of little flies in the bathrooms, and many spiders (5 at least in the living room). If you don’t mind the little friends, it was a pleasant stay. I can’t say enough about the staff, though. They were so helpful and friendly. They made us a reservation at a rooftop hotel, called us a taxi, and explained everything thoroughly both in English and another in Spanish. I’m slightly afraid of spiders and there were some in the living room ?

They had no air conditioning & it was pretty warm. The front desk is not always open, so we had to wait a bit for the key.

Great location overlooking the sea and an easy walk into the old town. The pool and free on site parking were a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful enough. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen area was very cramped and could be better equipped-there was no chopping board, the cups were tiny. No dish towels or cleaning products.

Nice residence along the shore with a beautiful view. Residence is simple, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Parking space may be too short when you arrive late. Outside stairs need urgent repair.

Staff The complex was tired and needed some maintenance.

Enough space for one person or a couple, big bathroom. The sofa bed was okay. Big balcony. The dishes from the „kitchen“ were not clean and in generell everything is slightly run down considering the price. Also, you can hear people on the corridor and your neighbours.

The view was amazing. The ocean, the swimming pool. I did not expect the swimming pool to be open so this was a good surprise. The staff was absolutely adorable, super friendly and welcoming. This is definitely the best point of this residence. They have to cherish their staff. Right in front of the beautiful scenery, we had a rusty excavator and rusty dump trucks. They came to park at 5 pm, spoiling the beautiful view and they started to work at 7AM, digging soil and emptying it on the trucks. Super ugly and noisy. Of course, this is not the property fault, but since the diggers are on their property, it should be possible to ask them not to start their work at 7am, and to park further down, so they are out of sight for holiday makers. Why not? We rented a studio for one night, there was no soap (I did not expect this), no hair dryer. In the morning, we had to undo the beds and put all linen in bags. I think if it is to be rented on a one night basis, they should think of offering the service of a basic hotel. the price was surely well above the price of a hotel. Even though we were 2 people and I asked for 2 beds, only one bed was made.

No pool, no spa.
