Location and restaurant It was too hot in the room with 4 people. If we opened the windows, the noise and flies came in. If there were window screens, it would be more comfortable.

Staff were very helpful. Location was very nice, walkable to several restaurants and sites around Bidart. Beds were comfortable. AC took several hours to cool the room.

The hotel is in a fantastic location in the centre of Bidart. Value is excellent with all facilities although the room is on the tight side. Staff were excellent. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The Booking.com web site says there is parking. We know Bidart and there is not parking directly associated with the hotel although free parking due to the time of year in a local car park. In summer parking may be more challenging.

Fun for kids as you sleep like in wooden boxes. Excellent location - village center, near a market and a supermarket, paid parking lot, and close to the view points and a beautiful beach. The room is so tiny. it is advertised for 6 people, but the surface is like 4 square meters maximum of floor space. The rest is occupied with double decker beds, which are made as wooden boxes. There is no place to actually stand or sit in the room, no table, not possible to even eat your own food as there is no place. No breakfast except buns/croissants + coffee. Not suitable for people who like a healthy full breakfast.

I really liked the lobby in the ground floor where there was a restaurant, wifi connection and really cozy atmosphere either for spending evening with friends or working on a laptop. I also really enjoyed the room that we were sleeping in - clean and well organised. That coffee machine was saving us in the mornings! Little amount of contacts in the room as for 4 person, but manageable.

The staff were wonderful and really went out of their way to help. The location is just gorgeous. The room itself is super clean. The rooms are a little cosy. If you are wanting to hang out in Biarritz, it's a half hour bus ride.
