Great experience! One of the things that really makes the hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone was genuinely helpful, friendly and attentive throughout my stay. You can clearly see this comes from the leadership of the owner, Peio, whose way of working and interacting with guests seems to filter through to the whole team. It creates a very welcoming atmosphere without ever feeling forced or overly formal. The food is also a real highlight and very good value for money. From the homemade raspberry jam at breakfast to the traditional Basque tart, and the entrecôte and fries, everything I had was really good. The large veranda is a great space, with plenty of room to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner or an aperitif in the evening. The bedroom and bathroom were both a good size, with plenty of towels, comfortable bedding, good lighting and air conditioning. I particularly enjoyed having a great sea view from the bedroom window. The location is another big plus. There’s a bus stop directly outside on the main road, with excellent connections to and from Biarritz, including Biarritz train station, the beach and town centre, as well as in the other direction towards Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It makes getting around without a car very easy. Overall, a genuinely lovely family owned & run hotel, with great staff, good food, a fantastic location and very good value for money. I’d definitely stay here again.

Situation was great, I'd visited the area before and knew the restaurant. Room at the back was quiet and had a sea view. Bed was very comfortable. Shower worked well. Staff were friendly and efficient No soap for washing hands in bathroom. This had been highlighted by others so I took my own. No easy chair in bedroom, just a desk and hard chair. No list of channels for TV and no information booklet about hotel and the area
