Great WIFI speed. Lovely deck for breakfast. Nice shady courtyard to relax. Walk to bike path or beach. Very accommodating staff. Small bar and bistro available till early afternoon. After hours check in available. Parking on premise but is 10 euros / might. Elevator available. Wish the bar had longer hours :-)

The owners and staff make this small hotel a gem of authenticity, professionalism, and warmth, a rarity in today’s world. On top of that, the food is delicious. Shelving or more cabinet space in the bathroom would have been appreciated. Perhaps other rooms provide more storage/work space.

Great hotel. The staff was wonderful (I would rate them a 10). Nice breakfast (we didn’t have dinner). The hotel room is definitely basic ( no television, no desk) but nicely done. Spacious balcony. Easy walk to the beach.

The team are very professional and genuinely friendly. Restaurant excellent. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable.

Clean well maintained hotel. Superb evening meal. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Nice location within easy safe walk to the beach. We have made some criticism’s below, but we would like to emphasise that we had a lovely stay and thank the great staff for their enthusiasm and help. Chose this hotel over 2 others in the area because it stated in the hotel description that the pool was open all year. We subsequently received an email with arrival instructions which also stated the pool was open for our use. On arrival the information at the hotel stated the pool was open from May to October - very disappointing having paid for this facility. We were told when we left that the pool could have been opened if we had asked, but it was obvious from the stored building materials and chairs around the area that this was not really an option. Our patio area was separated from the neighbours by small ‘curtains’. This offered virtually no privacy and we had to prop old pieces of wood from the pool area to stop our dog intruding on other guests balcony areas.

Extremely convenient location for Bidart beach and Biarritz was just a short drive. At the rear of the hotel you find a beautiful walk suitable for dogs even though when we visited in April we could take the dog for a paddle without any restrictions. A superb minimalist but trendy hotel.

It was very close to a very amazing beach(by walk), nice pool area and very clean rooms with proper cleaning everyday.

The hotel is excellent and has everything you need. The staff are super accommodating and looked after us well. Food and drinks also delicious. Worth looking at if you’re staying in the area, and it’s not far from Biarritz. Generally taxis in the area can be difficult, but the hotel helped by having recommended numbers of taxi companies.
