Everything except for the venue price is outrageous

I loved the view of the beach and that it's so close to it. I imagine it's much too rough to swim in in summer but it was a cold early spring day and this was a pit stop on our way to Spain. So it was nice to see. We stopped in Biarritz along the way there and ate at a lovely restaurant just minutes away. The room was spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the secure gated parking. We had a car full of stuff and we chose this hotel for the secure parking alone. The wifi was really weak and didn't work most of the evening and barely worked in the morning. Our room was the closest to the lobby so I can't imagine how bad it must have been elsewhere. The lower score I gave is completely due to this. This should not happen in 2026, especially since I noticed this critique in another comment just now. So they are aware of this problem. It worked well in the sitting room overlooking the beach next to the lobby. They need to do something about this.

The location is superb. The hotel is not new but charming with lots of small areas to sit and watch the sea. Large terrace. Great friendly staff.. Dinner service ended very early.

The hotel has an excellent location with amazing views of the ocean. The beach is next to the hotel, which is especially great if you like swimming or walking along in the morning. The waves can be quite loud though for wakeful sleepers at night. It was very close to good restaurants, a pleasant walk away from the old town, and a comfortable bus ride to Biarritz. The staff was quite helpful at all times. Cleanliness could be improved, and our room and the hotel in general asked for some renovation and freshening up. Breakfasts were very modest, had to find another nearby hotel for better quality food.

Perfect location, beachfront and close to the hometown Amazing room views You can’t use the lift after 10 pm when the reception is closed, only the emergency stairs. We had two triple rooms with babies and they close as well the corridor so we have to go through the street if we need something from the other room.
