The hotel has a very good location and close enough to the city, but sometimes some road noise could be heard, but it did not significantly affect the overall experience.

Clean, modern hotel with all amenities one expects to have in a good hotel. Friendly staff. Location maybe not as perfect, but I this part is everyone choice. We loved it! Actually, nothing. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Customer service at reception upon arrival (rude and insensitive welcome of a young male employee upon arrival - it was disorganized, unhelpful and discouraging behavior towards tired travelers with arrogant attitude), electricity in the room works with 5-10 sec delay, no internet in the room on the second floor(!) - for those who work remotely on sensitive data it is extremely disappointing, drafts in the dinning areas, breakfast customer service was lacking 4* discrétion. Very poor price to value and experience. For the overnight stay on the way we paid €194 from which €100+ was additional charges: parking space, medical support dog, 2 breakfasts... for the same room standard and way better customer service in Germany or Belgium we pay normally between €100-€130. To add on, the stuff completely lacks the sensitivity in the sense of service of inclusion and personalization of experience for people with disabilities. I'm a person with mobility difficulties who asked in advance +8hours for a parking space close to the entrance; instead a new BMW suv was parked wrongly blocking 2 spaces - after pointing this to the receptionists nothing happened - there was no solution proposed - we had to walk a lot with my husband to bring stuff from the car! Besides that, the hotel charges for the médical assistant dog (working service animal!) more than in Western countries (€17); I understand deep cleaning but it's definitely not a 4* hotel treatment, cost, and top-notch customer service adapted to such clientele. The adaptability towards people with special needs or disabilities - physical or psychological, is non existent. Unthinkable standard in 2026 in highly advanced country like Poland and modern, international area like Wrocław.

The Wifi connection was bad and the shower was broken

The breakfast was outstanding! Although there were 2 different sizes of pillows, none suited me, however, its not the hotels fault - I use an orthopedic pillow at home, so it’s difficult to sleep on any other for me.

Location is very good , hotel is clean , staff very friendly . Dinner is very poor in Resturant . Not too much choosing but what we chooses were good .

Very modern and clean hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and great sound insulation. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Convenient parking and easy access from the highway.

Really nice facilities, modern and clean rooms, couldn’t fault it Just the way they handle parking with tickets, if you want to leave you have to ask reception to validate the tickets to let you out, slightly inconvenient if you have to wait whilst they deal with other guests

They fake the customer with car place, is not free and really expensive! Should be more clear!

Waiting time in the restaurant is not acceptable. Even drinks were served only after 1 hour. Hotel should adress this.
