Friendly staff

Stayed two nights and beds were not refreshed after first night, bathroom was not refreshed. Staff indicated they were saving water and only refresh after 3 or 4 nights. Parking is in a large flat rural lot with no other businesses adjacent, they wanted to charge $10 per night and never took car information to verify parking was paid

Very nice place, paying for parking seems silly in Billings, but the hotel is very nice& I would stay here again

I thought it was great that you could eat out their little restaurant and that they had a little bar. The outdoor area was very nice.

Clean and comfortable I paid $600+ for the stay then they added knit picky charges. $10 for parking. The only coffee available was $5 a cup. I've never seen charges for these things that are normally free.

No coffee in lobby until paid Breakfast opens at 7 on weekends. Nice facility but the nickel and diming felt unnecessary

Such a nice clean hotel . Great service and very friendly. Anything we needed they got right on it . Will be staying again in the near future thanks so much .

This hotel was great, very clean, good staff, nice rooms. However, there is no pool at this location, which we did not know when booking. Disappointment for the kids we were traveling with.

The air conditioning worked great, bed very nice as my back wasn't sore in the morning like some places we've stayed, enjoyed the modern feel of the room, the staff, from the desk to the maintenance and cleaning staff were very friendly and pleasant, wishing us a great day. Wasn't thrilled about the $10 charge for parking, thought this bit of a money grab. There was plenty of space in the lot so didn't like that.

Tv wouldn’t turn on, staff just told us to unplug the tv and try again. No conditioner in bathroom.

Check in was easy- room was very nice, tv was not working, no maintenance employee on site to help, so changed rooms- TV worked in the 2nd room, but the air conditioner rattled so loud we couldn’t hear each other. We managed to alleviate this by propping up air conditioner with numerous items. Shower was one straight shot of water and couldn’t be adjusted. This appears to be a fine place to stay- but experience says otherwise. Parking fee of 10$ was not mentioned on hotels.com, either that or I overlooked it, but come on- that is ridiculous. Also- interesting that the Book of Mormon was along side the Bible. Didn’t realize the affiliation with Marriott. This could be the reason there is no coffee in the lobby in the morning. We appreciated the extra security of having to use room key to use the elevator however won’t be returning.
