Room was not cleaned properly before our check-in. We took out the previous people's trash. The fridge did not work, the shower head was leaking (spraying) all over the ceiling, couldn't change water temp; our son couldn't even shower because it was too hot. Oh, hope you like spiders too. Multiple crawling on one of the beds as my son and I were trying to sleep. Dust all behind the end tables and entertainment center. Will be looking at getting our rate refunded/discounted.

Our room wasn’t clean or vacuumed. The amount of dust and grime on the ac unit and hair dryer, shower had hair in it from previous person, sink leaked and soaked the floor. Missing fridge and the room did not smell clean.

This is an older hotel and very very used. Shower curtains have the gray mold along bottom, carpets are out of the late 90’s, hard beds, dirty tile corners in bathroom. The bath towels were clean and white which was nice but room was not stocked with coffee cups for the kuerig and I had to call down for a roll of toilet paper (so obviously if housekeeping saw a low toilet roll they should have left another for back up). They initially tried to give me a single queen room at check in instead of double queen I reserved. We walked clear down to the room only to find a dungeon small room with 1 queen bed for our family of 3. Just not somewhere we would EVER stay again.

Had to clean blood and hair off the bathroom wall and found dirty Qtips by the bed..... No toilet paper and had no coffee pods for coffee maker.

Upon check in was informed that the advertised water slide was $5 per wristband. Not advertised as an additional cost. Got into our room and found trash under the night stand and noticed dried throw up on the floor and on the phone. Window sill had a thick layer of dirt, not dust, dirt! Went and asked for a change of room. Got moved to another room that was dusty and the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in many visits. Went and asked to have someone vacuum. Went to the pool and gave staff over an hour to vacuum, nothing. Went back to the desk and the girl there said she already told staff and they’d get to it when they could. The maintenance guy overheard and asked me what room and followed me up, found a staff member and told her to vacuum right away. She was super sweet. Went to breakfast at 8am and almost no food and the “hot food” bar looked disgusting and extremely dirty. This hotel is an absolute joke!!!

Showed up after a long 12 hr day, booked bc pictures online looked decent (deceiving), after getting into the room and taking a quick shower, hair on shower wall, counter was falling apart, vent fan falling apart and signs of mold, turned on ac unit and was immediately hit with a noxious urine smell, complained to the front desk and was moved to another room that smelled terrible so we went back to ask for a refund and we were treated rudely by what appeared to be the night manager. Next we spent 30min on the phone with expedia and got nowhere as the hotel would not agree to refund. Next morning after staying at a very clean and comfortable Marriot we drove over to get documentation from the front desk the morning manager admitted they rented the room out. Im pretty sure old Howard Johnson would of been ashamed to have his name on the hotel in Billings.

It ok

The room was gross and filthy although the bedding was clean. Nothing in the room for amenities. No cups, no soap, nothing. Mold and water damage and very noisy. Will never stay here again

Very good

Great breakfast! Maybe have some sugar free waffle syrup Maybe add some sausage to the menu?

A/c didn't work lights for the entrance and bathroom sink only came on minutes before we left in the morning and the switch was on the whole time we were there. The pool hot tub had gravel and sand at the bottom and the jets didn't work. Floor carpets were very old and dirty looking. The room doors didn't open and close very well

The room was very dirty, had not been vacuumed and tons of garbage and old belongings of previous people who stayed before. No toilet paper, the shower curtain smelled like urine so I'm sure they do not wash the cloth ones. No garbage bags in the garbage, Windows were dirty and the mirrors were all spotted with other people's tooth paste flingings. On top of that they charge your card 50.00 for incidentals you don't get back. And the breakfast was runny eggs and over salty biscuits and gravy. Not with the 150 a night which ended up being a 400.00 stay after they charge your card for a non refundable fee. Do better staff. Howard Johnson used to be a reputable name.

I got two rooms for 11th through the 16th the ac worked fine but when heat was turned on the smell was terrible so I turned on the ac only other that there was a blood or some sort of reddish orange colored stain on our bed comforter the wife wouldn’t dare go near it got a new one downstairs the staff was nice but the only bad thing I thought was people parking in handicap with no sticker and I got a prosthetic and a boot to wear from a foot injury there was only one handicap spot

Do not go off of pictures and heed the advice of the reviews! All of our belongings stink from the smell of urine. We couldn't use the air because it blew a horrendous smell of urine. The waterslide is not part of the price you pay; you have to pay for it separately. The mattresses seem old because there is no cushion. I will never be back to this location. Being part of Wyndham, I expected better.

Check in & out was easy, staff were welcoming & polite, the pool was clean & good if you have children, water slide was excellent… will definitely come back again.
-
The door to our room would stick or not shut properly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Black mold and damage in the bathrooms, stagnant water in the hot tub and it was filled with weird white particles. Missing soap for sink in room. Beetle crawling in the bathtub, and beds were so hard I might as well have slept on the floor. Never stay here unless you are fine with mold, bugs, and bad water.
