My room at 8:25 am and I couldn’t understand a word she said. I shouldn’t have been bothered that early in the morning.

The poor front desk woman was by herself on a busy night. The floors not vacuumed, our room had one towel, couldn’t get more pillows, toilet seat was falling off and the sink fixture was loose.

The lady for the cleaning department was terrible. We knew we had to leave and she was being pretty rude. Even after I forgot my phone I went back to try to grab it and she was already on a call with some other customer from that previous night arguing about something and she was being pretty rude about it.

Staff was great... rooms 2 star

Key card wouldn’t work on first try; had to get desk clerk to unlock the door. Key cards didn’t work consistently after that. The door had to be slammed to get the lock to engage. Had no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. Light above the sink didn’t always come on. Tub control knob was just about impossible to operate. The room was clean and could park right by the room.

I went for the cheapest thing I could find figuring, "Well, how bad can it be?" Well, pretty bad. The place is a teardown.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The carpeting leading to the room smelled musty/moldy. The the floor did not appear to have been swept at all. The heat runs were filthy and the cover that goes on the front was on the floor. Fortunately, the linens were clean and the bathroom was passable.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Room reeked of cigarette smoke at a smoke free hotel. Cigarette butts

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

    Fair enough

We paid for a king room. Got two queens. When I went downstairs and let the front desk person know that we had paid for a king. She basically told me too bad that they no longer had any. The place was filthy!!! the AC hardly worked. The tub did not drain. Did I mention that the place was filthy?

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

There were no toiletries, the walls were filthy, the floor had debris and dirt on it, the desk lady was rude and annoyed that people asked her for assistance, she also failed to notify rooms of food delivery, there was no ice bucket liner, there was no coffee pot, there were no glasses/cups, there was only two towels for a room that holds four guests Everything

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Absolutely ridiculous! No hot water, sink faucet didn’t work at all,had no water, shower head fell off. Requested to be put in a “working room” Horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The bathroom fixtures were falling off and missing. Lights were flickering consistently in the bathroom as well

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

    Old floor not clean

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The room was clean, pet friendly with outdoor access, quiet, and close parking

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

This was the absolute worst experience of my life. First room had bugs in the sink and no water in the sink. No cleaning service no extra towels. Complete dirt and disgusting.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

This place is extremely run down and not clean. Black mold in the room, torn up carpets, peeling paint, broken faucets. We left there was no way we were staying there.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Nothing. The front desk staff was rude, the room was hot on a 107 degree day. The air conditioner was off and the room smelled terrible. It took all night for the room to cool down. For $112 the air conditioning should be working. The "breakfast" was some cereal and a crusty waffle maker. If you're going to provide less amenities and comfort than a camp ground, you should charge less.
