Super 8 by Wyndham Billings

When my family and I travel to Billings we stay at this hotel simple not many frills a great place to sleep because we are usually doing other things like going to the fair and need a comfortable place to sleep. Really like this hotel but could use some TLC A couple things I wasn’t fond of was when I arrived to check in I was informed my card was already charged not real happy about that since I ment to use a different card to check in. Another thing was the tv at some time during the night lost internet connection so when we turned it on in the morning it wouldn’t work.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel is old and worn. Put it this way. You get what you pay for.

Breakfast for my kids The giant spiders that crawled out of the blanket on the bed. Absolutely hate spiders

Fair price, decent breakfast Needs updates, whille it was clean the appearance made you question that because it is so old and dingy

My go-to place to stay in Billings for work! Clean, quiet (sometimes), easy access to fast food, “out of the way,” great prices… 🙂👍

Great place to stay for the night. It’s an older hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was great.

Nothing Despite having a confirmed booking made 20 minutes prior to arrival, on receptionist said they were overbooked and that my reservation had been cancelled. She was rude, unapologetic and unhelpful. I booked in at QI instead

Please make available a water filter for guests to get drinking water. Ideally in the gym.

J.D. at the front desk is awesome all of the staff at the front desk are exceptional. On this stay I found cat vomit under the bed and the room smelled like a dead animal rotting
