Hampton Inn Billings

This property was decently clean but not up to usual Hampton standards. When you pay this much for a hotel room you expect better. The man in the hazmat suit cleaning the room across the hall was certainly concerning. The carpets are worn and need replaced and/or stretched. The room air was musty and had middle eastern body/food odor. The hot tub was not functional and the coffee was mediocre. Definitely a mid level hotel and not worthy of the usual Hampton name. The staff was extremely friendly.

Breakfast was just OK. The room was nice, but the bathroom door was always in the way unless it was closed... it swings right into the room hallway and you can't get by. Also, the water in the shower was just lukewarm.

Absolutely nothing. Horrible property. Avoid any business with them. I will be contacting corporate about how they treat Veterans. They stole my money when I booked in error. Manager not there, yah right. Thieves straight up. Booking.com sucks too. Don't use those people either.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is delicious. Room is clean. Towels are not replaced daily. We had hung up our bath/shower towels so that was not a big deal; we did run out of face wash cloths. I am sure if we had called the front desk, they would have accommodated us immediately.

Brandon the night auditor was so welcoming and helpful when we checked in late! The hotel is well-kept and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The Continental breakfast was good

Nice hot tub. The lap pool was warm enough to keep my child playing for a long time.

Just about everything was perfect with our stay. Our room didn't have a microwave for heating up things but we managed.

Was in town for a soccer tournament. All hotels were packed. My understanding there was a track competition in town too. They know these tournaments are coming, they need to add more staff to help out. Poor staff was running around doing all they can but help was needed for cleaning during breakfast and dinner. No fault to staff but management needs to consider these things. However, all things considered, it was a good weekend.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly. Accommodations were light bright and clean.

Overall, I liked the location. Easy to get to where we needed to go for shopping. Breakfast was pretty good! I liked the options of hot oatmeal, fruits, waffles, eggs, sausage and hashbrowns, toast, yogurt, muffins, juices and coffee. The beds were pretty cozy. The air conditioner/heater wasn't loud, thank goodness. The shower was amazing. I think they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms after each stay. Our bathroom had fingernail clippings and hair on the floor. Toilet paper wasn't fully stocked. When we would go to the front desk for help, it would take a while for someone to show up. The pool/hot tub area didn't have any towels.

Check in was quick and easy. The pool was clean, the room was nice.
