Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was great. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of hot items for breakfast. Coffee was delicious.

The breakfast had decent choices (compared with the last hotels we stayed in). Room had lots of space. The blankets were clean. Our room was really unclean. The floors were crummy, the bathroom floor and tub had other peoples hair in it.

The room was clean, good breakfast,and friendly staff. only complaint would be the shower.

I stayed there mainly because of its location and its swimming pool. My grandson was with me and really enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom, especially the walk-in shower, was very nice. However, the furniture was very worn out and needs to be replaced.

Great location, we were there for a camp at the new ice rink. The staff was awesome. The coffee maker did not work in my room and the bathroom sink had moldy spots.

Basically nothing Being overcharged for a room and then discovering it wasn't the room. I booked

The staff were amazing—very friendly and attentive throughout our visit, which really enhanced our experience. The only downsides were the breakfast and pool hours. The hot breakfast options were quite limited and didn’t quite suit our tastes. Additionally, the pool closing time at 9 PM felt a bit early, especially compared to other hotels that stay open until 10 PM, which would better accommodate guests’ schedules. Overall, I’d rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. It’s a great hotel for the price and we’d consider staying here again.

Everything was great, except staff was not often at the. desk in our experience. We had some questions but they weren’t available or were busy checking someone in.

The location was good, room was nice and clean. The guy at the desk, I mean the one that finally came out from the back after ringing the bell twice, when we arrived, was not very attentive and demeaning. He walked up and tapped the bell and looked at me. I said that I had rang it twice already and he said oh I must not have heard it. He acted like I was a bother to him and then looked at me like I was an idiot for not going to my room after I was checked in when he hadn't handed me my room key. When I asked for it he straightened up a little when he realized it was his fault I was still standing at the desk. After that all the other staff during our 3 day stay were great!
