The room was clean and staff was great

Nice large room with a kitchenette and large fridge with ice maker. The room was very clean and comfortable and quiet, just what we needed after a long day's drive!

Exceptional

Great stay. Check in was seamless and the front desk made it easy and fun. It was hot, we were on motorcycles to and from Sturgis and it was close to 100 each day and thankful for great air-conditioned rooms! Room and property clean. There was a semi-personal message left about who cleaned and prepped the room. Great touch.

The staff were all helpful and cheerful. The accommodations were exactly what I needed, and everything was well maintained.

My wife and I stayed 1 night on different dates a month apart. The first time, there were young girls partying up and down the hallway being loud, slamming doors yelling. We called the desk and complained since it was after midnight. It continued til after 1am. The second time we stayed a man cam in at 2am speaking loudly til about 4am. We've never experienced this in any other hotel We've stayed in. We will not be back.

Friendly and efficient front desk person. Clean, quiet and fair priced.

This is a great location for a fair price. It's clean and Cody, the night auditor, was the best hotel check in experience we've ever had. And we travel often. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to best use the hotel amenities. On the downside, the kitchenette doesn't have any utensils, plates or glasses. And the air conditioner didn't work. Cody to the rescue with a box fan for the window as they were booked solid and we checked in at 1AM.

Exceptional

A/C was working quite well, even when you turned up the temp bit it was great. Very clean and well maintained room. Full size fridge and s.all 2 burner stove we a plus if you were staying a longer period. We would definitely stay again!

We were disappointed that it no longer includes a free breakfast. It does have a pay station for snacks and the option to order a "prepackaged" breakfast for an additional cost.

Super nice front desk staff

Very clean. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. Only problem. No pots, pan or silver ware in the kitchen. Very misleading.

The front desk staff was helpful. I would never stay here again unless on the 3rd floor. We were on 2nd floor and the noise above us was horrendous! Sounded like someone was kicking a soccer ball until 3 in the morning. We were just passing through on a long trip and really needed sleep which we did not get.

Everything was good as far as the room itself. I just don’t understand why there is no room service available. It seems to be that ever since Covid hotels can’t be bothered with emptying the garbage and leaving clean towels.

Big rooms Great kitchen with full fridge & ice maker Great laundry. 24hr tea, coffee, hot chocolate Floor was dirty in the bathroom/ kitchen area… went to get into bed & my feet were filthy!

Nice welcome by staff, quick check in. Room was clean and quiet. The hotel was close to dining and shopping opportunities. I’d stay again!
