Staff is always friendly. Rooms are always super clean The only gripe I have is that the TV never gets all the channels. Half of them say they are having technical issues and to notify the front desk.

The room was clean, comfortable, we could cook and the staff was friendly. It was only our 2nd time staying at a Ledgestone Suites and we were very happy. AC was loud and our room faced the road, so we heard the traffic occasionally.

Convenient to I-90, comfortable bed, large room No breakfast food. I was on a hurry to get to work daily and had to take extra time to stop somewhere to eat. It would have been nice to have something right at the hotel.
