Woodspring Suites Billings

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:00 pm. Very disappointing after a long drive. The room was bare bones. No Kleenex. No coffee pot. No disposable glasses, etc. Not exactly what we expected. It was clean, but that was it. Then (not the hotel’s fault) the power went out around 2ish in the morning. It was still off when we were trying to get ready to leave. It was just not a good experience.

Had a questionable interaction with the front desk. I feel as if my phone was hacked by the front desk attendant while asking for help setting up Wi-Fi access. So concerning that I wouldn’t use the Wi-Fi.

Pleasant

Cydney, the hotel clerk was awesome, she was friendly and made checking in easy. The rooms were clean and the commons area were clean. The outside was clean, need benches to sit outside.

Room was clean. We could've used more towels. No sit down dining within walking distance

Didn't realize this property was a bottom of the barrel option until it was too late to cancel. Seem to cater to longer stay guests. Nice kitchen area but no dishes, utensils, etc. Not even a coffee pot unless you want to purchase one at the front desk. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Bathroom sink barely drained. Lots of middle of the night noise. Not worth the cheaper room rate. Beware

I felt safe. I was able to open the window a little to air the room a little. The laundry room was not as clean as I expected.

Not much amenities. No coffee pot in your suite and very busy and loud.

Our stay was due to an emergency road hazard, so it was excellent to have a full size refrigerator to put our groceries in that we had just bought. The hotel also had a laundry facility for guests so we could launder our clothes for the unexpected night away. The staff was personable and kind. The entire property was very new looking, and clean. We had a pleasant stay. Just a note that for us older people the bed was entirely too close to the floor. It felt like We had to do squats to get in and out of bed. But, not a hotel issue.

The gentleman at the desk was kind. The entire facility was unclean and old and the room was slept in and dirty. They had no other rooms to accommodate us. Not sure I would have wanted to stay if they did. Very disappointed in the previous ratings that did not reflect the hotel as it was.

Full refrig room was very clean

I booked this hotel online; but the location was not in the area I needed it to be. I contacted the hotel for a refund 20min after I realized I had booked a hotel on the wrong side of town. They said, the manager will make a choice when she arrives… this is an unfair predatory practice and led to booking.com and this hotel stealing $110 from me. Both parties refused to respond. I have never used booking.com before and now I will not recommend it to anyone either.

No coffee maker in the room

the front desk personnel and handed me a blanket that was waded in a ball. Not apologies no nothing. In the morning there was a gal standing at the front t desk, wouldn't greet customers, as matter of fact she never open her mouth to speak. Very rude and very unprofessional, was not told about the hotel amenities or any information . Very poor experience, poor mattresses will not ever stay again at Woodspring Suites.
