The room was clean, beds comfortable and the continental breakfast was better than usual at this price point. Spent one night and would stay again in the future.

Terrible customer service upon check in
-

Good breakfest. Staff attentive
-
No elevator. No note about that on website or app. Also wanted 100 deposit. No note of that either. Room was good
-
Inconvenient to go up to the 2nd floor with all your luggage and your room is way down close to the end of a long hallway from the entrance /front desk (considering senior citizens/customers

Our room was just fine for my husband and I. And to be honest, cleaner than the hotel we stayed at prior that cost twice as much. However, the water in the shower was not super warm and that was a little sucky to have to take Luke warm showers. But it wasn’t the end of the world and we survived. Other than that, decent place to stay for a single night.

The staff were fine but the maintenance needs work. We were given stained towels, the shower did not function properly and there was hair all over the floor.
-
Room was not clean. Stains on walls. Hair on the floor and toilet in bathroom. AC also didn’t work.
-
Clean easy in and out stay
-
Staff was excellent, she understood the long drive and moved us to a room on the bottom floor.

Breakfast was decent and location for my work was good. Room was dirty when I arrived. Rice was on floor around chair. Shower was dirty. No hot water for tge 3 days I was there and got 20% off, I think k it should have been more. Also, room needs a face lift. Holes in wall from old fixtures, caulking job in bathroom is not too professional

Arrived , no hot water. Had made reservations with Expedia but received no texts or emails informing us. So had to decide about staying with a 20% discount or find another hotel. 7 hour drive too tired so stayed.

I went down to ask if we were put in a pet free room and explained again that there was an allergy and showed photos of the dirty bathroom. I was told there were no pet free rooms (this was not stated when we were given the room and opposed what I was told over the phone earlier that day) and we could not be switched to a room that had been properly cleaned because all the other rooms were full. The next morning, at the desk a different worker (the one I talked to on the phone) showed me on a map the rooms specifically marked as pet rooms which included the one we were given. They were confused why we were put in one of the pet rooms as they had specifically put us in a pet free room. I got the number for the manager and they immediately blamed the front desk staff but said they would contact their boss to see if a refund could be given. After 3 weeks and several unreturned phone calls, I finally got a call back from the manger and was told I would not get a refund as the hotel would lose profit on the room and it was the front desk workers who were to blame not the hotel itself. The daytime worker was great, everything else was zero stars.

The carpet thru0ut the hotel was dirty, no elevator, people smoking weed at the entrance of the hotel, bad breakfast. The room was decent
