A lot of dirty areas inside and out. Overflowing trash cans and dirty floors near elevators. Cigarette butts everywhere.

When we arrived, Erica greeted us with warm hospitality and quickly had us in our room. Staff was attentive for towels daily. Breakfast was a good southern comfort food and the coffee was hot. Spend time with family in the area every year and continue to staying there.

The hotel is very outdated, the carpet throughout the hotel is dirty and has a small. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated. The only reason we stayed is due to other hotels in the area being booked.

The bed was ok. The ceiling in the room was flaking everywhere, the bathroom looked like it had rust all around the door frame, the tv didn’t work at all, the shower had no hot water at all. When I made the booking the lady at the front said she didn’t see the booking but it was late and I said I’d figure it out later just go ahead and get me another room I’ll go ahead and pay for it and figure out the other the next morning. Next morning comes around they act like they can’t refund like the card from the third party is declining the property

The location was perfect. When I went to my room the door was ajar. That kinda made me nervous. I didn't rest all night thinking my space had been invaded.

The room was clean. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance done on it. The carpets are old, the paint was old, and they’re rust stains on most of the metal work.

floor lamp in room was not plug in to wall outlet mising two light bulbs. i notified the desk in person and was told they would get two light bulbs. nobody appears with light bulbs. we stayed for two nights and could not sit by couch and read. desk manager never replace and was asked twice. I should have gone into open cleaning room and replaced bulbs myself but was assured of bulbs. I should have walked to walmart to get bulbs.NOT RIGHT.ROOM ON THIRD FLOOR. JOHN WIGGE i
