It’s our 4th time staying at this particular hotel. We’re very familiar with its location and surroundings. Our room smelled like a sweaty, stinking person had stayed in there for an extended time prior to our arrival. It definitely needed airing out before the next guests. There was also nail clippings in the bed that I didn’t notice until day two, and a tube of some unknown ointment in the bathroom.

The utter lack of professionalism by the night staff (there was a single woman in her 20s, I am not racist at all but it is important to point out). When I asked her to give me a specific brand of bottled water, she was like it is only for our honors members. When I told her I am a member, she gave me a surprised look. And, overall, maybe it is a Mississippian thing even though it is known for the southern hospitality.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only critique I have is that the bathroom door doesn’t fit the wall properly and it left large openings on both sides of the door-leaving no privacy in the bathroom.
