Hyatt Place Biloxi

This hotel was AWESOME! I went for my 60th birthday this August and me and my family totally enjoyed it. It was clean, the staff was real attentive especially a young lady named Taylar that worked at the front desk. When we go back, I'm not staying nowhere else but here....plus it was right across from the beach which was a major plus for us!!

We had an issue with the bathroom door and they immediately responded by fixing it.

atmosphere was great. dog friendly hall ways were a little hot but it is summer time i know it is hard to keep cool

Loved room size, view of Gulf of Mexico, size and cleanliness of dining area, friendliness of staff including kitchen staff. Bed a little hard, walls a bit thin.

Breakfast was great Couldn't eat it all myself

The bed was comfortable. I booked a king room with a few and my view was the parking lot and the top of a roof. It definitely wasn't what I expected to have a view of and I was very disappointed.

I like the location, the pool. I think some of the workers are new and learning so they didn’t know answers to things that was asked

The continental breakfast was disgusting. No one at the hotel informed us that there was flesh-eating bacteria at the beach. We had to find out about it through social media. The pool was so dirty that we were told to use the Hampton Inn’s pool next door. The cabinet doors in our room were also broken. The staff was great but hotel overall was terrible.
