The property was nice but my booking with Booking.com was quoted as $292.01 and I was charged $342.02 I cannot get any explanation as to why Both parties say to take it up with the other I will end up disputing the charges with my bank and hopefully visa can get some answers The property was slick in their overcharging trying to muddle up the facts, explaining the extra charge was a hold for any future charges which may result They charge correctly for the first night but the second and third night where higher than contracted through Booking.com’s reservation

Towels had holes. Crawling Bugs on the floor. One soap only ., microwave smelled so bad. Fridge does not have a freezer. Staff very friendly.family owned franchise. Breakfast was cereal and make your o n waffles like other hotels. That was breakfast. I opted to eat out, after getting up early to eat breakfast. It was a stay that I rather not go back to. I was there to relax. I couldn’t cancel because she said I paid to a third party and she cannot do anything. So I had no choice but to stay. After paying extra to expirian. Also she charged for a deposit and said the money will be refunded. Today is Wednesday and I’m yet to see the refund. I called the front desk and employee said she couldn’t find me in the system. That answer is unacceptable.

Small breakfast area and real poor quality of food. Not enough coffee and nobody to ask for anything including cleaning off the tables! Beds were to soft and uncomfortable.

The rooms were very nice and clean, smoking room was not an option at this facility and due to weather conditions the satellite was not working, but overall experience was nice
