Mildew smell

It was ok. Second floor smelled like someone was smoking drugs. Room wasn’t bad. Breakfast could use some work.

Overall okay but the water had a bad smell and so did the room itself,but it was ok for one night.

Exceptional

No microwaves in the room. Only ONE microwave for that huge hotel, for everybody to use, is next to drink cooler. There was no ice bucket in our room, #127. Empty tissue box. Advertising stated they had Netflix but you have to pay for it. Computer issues both days. They called me at 10:20 pm to get my confirmation number. Pool is very warm. Man at reception was rude to my daughter who was in line to pay for a drink but told her to put it back and go to her room cause they were having issues. Continental breakfast was sad. Cereal and toast and old boiled eggs. For what those rooms cost, it should have been warm foods. I will never return here. Econo lodge up the road is half the price and you don't have to share a microwave with over a hundred other strangers, they have vending machines and it ain't dangerous pulling into their drive.

This whole facility is very clean. The breakfast was the best I've had for a free breakfast at any hotel. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. I was only there one night but would highly recommend for any length of time.

The breakfast was not good. It was bland muffins and stale bagels. There was a couple different kind of cereals that were none I would chose on a. Regular basis. There was mold in my room. I was not able to move rooms because their system was down.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. First room was a handicap room. We were not happy about that but they found us another room but it wasn't a king but we got a double queen and one of the beds was not clean.

The staff was rude, the building looked like a landlord special inside the room. Expected nicer rooms and amenities with the name Hilton attached.

Staff was super friendly. Rooms did not have a microwave as advertised. The mini refrigerator in our room did not get very cold although we adjusted the temperature. We didn't eat our leftovers from Chili's because the refrigerator did not keep the food cold enough. Bedding and towels were clean and smelled like Clorox. Breakfast was mostly pastries, cereal, and oatmeal. I wish items like waffles (make your own), grits, eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, and hash browns were available like I've had at most other hotels. Extra towels were available quickly upon request. This hotel was near the many destinations we visited.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Everything in the room was fresh cleaned. I will definitely be booking again

The air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was smelly with mold at the top of ceiling.
