Perfect location, mostly very friendly staff, great breakfast (especially fruits and fishes), excellent tranquil SPA, nice marine-ish design. There was hardly any sea view in our "sea-side view" room. No teapot in the room and expensive room service to order some tea into the room. No room service for warm dishes. Some of the staff were outright rude. Shower is small and slightly mouldy. Breakfast's eggs were underwhelming both in the selection and the quality. Overall the impression was quite low for the hotel's price.

The spa area is great when there are no loud people there. Right on the beach, beautiful view. Modern and clean room. Good breakfast selection. Very nice cocktails at the bar. Some very loud guests made the spa area annoying one day, and there were no staff on duty to ask them to quiet down.

Great staff, clean and comfortable space, prime location in Binz. Neighbors repeatedly smoking cigarettes on the balcony dampened our comfort, since we couldn‘t enjoy our own balcony and had to keep the windows shut, so we couldn‘t enjoy the fresh air or the sound of the baltic. Even though we kindly reminded the neighbors of the no-smoking rules and repeatedly informed the staff of the situation, nothing changed. very disappointing!

Hotel in a great location next to the beach. Spartan equipped room, staff partly unfriendly, especially at breakfast. Horrendous parking fees. Spa opening hours very limited. Room price (maisonette, top-floor) far too expensive for what you really get.

The room was very quiet, and there was air conditioning so I could stay cool. Both the spa and fitness facilities were of the highest quality. Would love to visit again.
