Excellent staff, Jonathan at the front desk is pleasant, friendly, extremely knowledgeable. He took his time with me and my wife and explained everything, where to eat, activities, and localities on the property. Jonathan was very professional. Attending our room was Chrissy, again an excellent person. She worked very hard cleaning our room, towels and bedding were always fresh and clean, she deserves a raise. Thank you Bird-in-Hand Inn, for making our stay in Amish country memorable and fun. We are coming back again soon.

Room clean, grounds well kept

Nice clean quiet motel has a restaurant on property. Has micro wave and refrigerator in rooms plus coffee maker. Air worked great a little loud but not enough to bother you. Bathroom was small had a tub and shower sink was outside bathroom. I would go back there again its location is excellent . Everyone was very friendly and parking was free.

The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The tub/shower area was small. If there was a sliding door instead of a regular door would have been better.

We were rather disappointed with the breakfast next door (Tues morning). Many items were not hot and the sticky buns etc were dry and hard. Fruit was unappealing and coffee was weak. We will likely stay here again but not choose the restaurant.

Love going there, place is in need of some updating, staffing was very nice, and knowledgeable, Sunday and Monday are usually very quiet there and most places are closed.

Great place for children! Beautiful pools and lots to do.

The breakfast both days was delicious. At breakfast on the second day the hostess seated us in the same vicinity as about 4 or 5 families with several children that were vacationing together. As you can imagine, breakfast was very loud and not very relaxing. Not exactly what we were hoping for before we started our drive home. We do not have anything against children, but they can be very rambunctious when they are hungry. Since the restaurant is large, better seating could have been arranged.
