the size of the rooms ,i had a view the staff I met were all lovely from checking in , information ,breakfast and the bar I did mention on checking out that care was needed with the crockery supplied in the rooms to ensure they are clean . However this did not spoil my stay

Less noise I booked for 5 nights but due to cancellation of my some meetings I have requested to cancel my 2 nights booking and refund as I was leaving earlier but they have not refunded which I did not like it

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Very impressed. Exceptional. Felt sorry for the breakfast staff as they were run off their feet but remained so kind and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Mini-Fridge, safe, breakfast nook with tea and coffee. Good breakfast for £10 extra per night. Friendly and helpful staff. Complementary water given. The shower door doesn’t contain the water and the floor gets wet.

Property was lovely and spacious and in a quiet location within easy reach of city centre. Air con was great and staff were very helpful

I thought that the breakfast was okay rather than outstanding. I was however thankful that there was the option of vegan sausages upon request. My partner, however was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I like the location which provided easy access to the city centre. The vast majority of the staff were very polite and professional. My check-in experience wasn’t good and the person on reception started to book another couple in midway through completing my booking. I had to call later in the day as some items of clothing were left behind by accident. However when I called back to report it the person answering the phone wasn’t sympathectic and I was palmed off with snkm

Went above and beyond for our sons birthday Restaurant didn’t end up opening due to chef being late. Therefor had to leave and drive 6 miles to a restaurant for sons birthday. Parking across several main roads not ideal for small children
