Very comfortable bed, I had a great sleep. It was great having the fan in the room. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower. I think the temperature adjustment button may have been faulty.

The staff is exceptional, you feel their personal engagement to make a difference. Especially the kitchen chef is passionate and puts some great love into the breakfast. You also feel the good vibes between the entire team. Plus parking space is spacious and safe. Nothing

Amina is an absolute pleasure at breakfast. IHG status not recognised and no bar facilities available. Staff at check in not very personable not friendly

Value for money, room was big, bathroom was big, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too I think they should put the price up! I will definitely stay there again if I visit Birmingham.

A great hotel for the price, rooms well appointed and very clean, receptionist was very amenable and very welcoming. Hotel layout was a bit odd and getting to our room was a bit confusing. Car park was quite a walk to reception.

Lovely welcome, room was small but it did say it was cosy, clean and tidy with all the bathroom pampering goods you need. Very good dinner with great host and breakfast the same, freshly cooked and served by Amina who was wonderful. Charging EV car was easy to and at a reasonable rate Nothing all up to stranded, hotel was renovated not long ago

We booked the hotel because of the price and the expectation that it would be easy to travel into the city centre for an evening function. It certainly didn't disappoint as it was good quality, much cheaper than any close to the centre and a quick taxi ride in (Uber). Modern, clean and comfortable. Helpful, cheerful staff. Our room (150) was a good size, with an excellent bathroom. It was quite a distance from reception, but we were shown a quick way to access it via a side door. Fast, secure Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable bed, extra pillows supplied on request. Breakfast was cooked to order, good selection. The quantity was limited (one sausage, one hash brown, etc) but tbh much better than the unnecessarily overloaded plate you always end up with at buffet breakfasts in other hotels. Car park was at a charge, but only £5, plenty of spaces, and flood-lit for security. Room was very warm. However, a Dyson "fan" was in the room, together with a conventional bladed fan, which used together kept the area around the bed cool enough for good night's sleep.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location for the station, so easy to get into the city centre. Onsite parking (for a moderate charge). Room was small (I booked a single but was given a small double instead, which was a nice upgrade but there was very little space around the bed).

This hotel exceeded expectations. Stayed with my son for a few days. Susan on reception was exceptional and adhered to every request. Really pleased there were fans availaible to use for the rooms with such warm weather. Breakfast was great, a good continental choice, with fresh cooked hot breakfast made to order, again Ameena was pleasant every morning and greeted every guest in the dining room to take their breakfast orders. Location is excellent, Acocks Green station a min walk with trains regular to Birmingham moor street. Unfortunately trains were cancelled on one day of our stay so we got an Uber into the centre, very resonable at approx £9 to the Bullring. Parking only £5 a night with plenty of space and felt secure. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. We only requested the room to be cleaned once during our stay, slightly disappointed bedsheets weren't changed and bed was untouched and not remade up. Would have liked the sheets to have been changed especially considering Thursday was a heatwave and we stayed 3nights.
