Hosts were fantastic, managed to accommodate us on an early check in way before they usually do, were extremely welcoming and kind. Felt like a home away from home. The shower water pressure wasn’t the best but it was a non issue on function

Great location in a cul-de-sac and not far from the NEC at a far better rate. Lovely hosts, warm and welcoming and happy to help with any queries. Didn't get time to sample the breakfast, but was given a fresh pastry to take with me at check-out :-)

Beautiful, clean and comfortable hotel. The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and were very helpful when traffic caused my arrival to be slightly later than planned. I would visit again in a heartbeat if I needed to visit Birmingham or the surrounding areas.

The people who run this place was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the owners was so nice. Great sleep and very comfortable and was nice and reakaxing. Would definitely would stop there again.
