Very handy and central and the tram right outside Breakfast isn’t the best and there wasn’t enough staff on when we arrived on the Friday night so 15-20 minute wait to check in then a hassle in the morning at breakfast

Quiet room with comfy beds and good shower in a great location for exploring the jewellery quarter. Next to tram stop so easy to get to all attractions. Breakfast was fine but there seemed to be no staff around to clear tables after guests had eaten. Buffet had a good choice of times so a shame that the experience is let down by a lack of staff.

Helpful staff, good sized room, excellent location. It was quite hot in our room, but to be fair we adjusted the air con.

The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast in the morning was good too. The only thing I didn't like was the fact this hotel has no parking... so if you have travelled from other places to come visit Birmingham the parking is a headache. But I was advised by the kind staff that I could ask the Texco petrol station for parking and I was luckily able to park. For £7 a day.
