Clean, friendly helpful staff, great location in the centre of Birmingham and good value for money. Sound proofing between rooms could be a bit better but the hotel was quiet overall.

staff really good When I speak to manager ,some indain girls, they work in Reception she inter fear to much.. I don't like that's .... so please next time if any customer speak to Manger so don't disturb the customer please maybe is valuable talking with Manger..

Location from the train station was good and plenty of places to eat very close to hotel. Breakfast was very good and worth the upgrade. Room a bit small but had everything needed.
