Having to pay for parking and the room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Stains on curtain and blood or poop smudge on the wall by window.

Housekeeping did not clean room even when requested, no towels, bathroom smelled like urine, TV don’t work, AC didn’t work

We booked a stay because we were in from out town for a family reunion. The staff at the desk were great. Very cheerful and engaging. The Hotel was nice looking and clean. Where things went wrong was with the daily cleaning of the room. The housekeepers that cleaned the room did a very poor job. To give context to how poorly of a job they did, we ordered drinks and took them back to our room on a Thursday night. We checked out on early Sunday morning and the glasses from Thursday night were still there. The beds were never made nor the floor vacuumed. The trash was not taken out as well. And the used towels were left in the floor. It’s like the housekeeping did below the bare minimum to maintain and refresh the room. It put a big damper on our stay. The room wasn’t cheap and when you pay the amount that we paid you expect for things to be kept well. Housekeeping dropped the ball.

Room was terrible worst double tree room was dated floors damp smelled awful like mildew on 4th floor. I will. E writing corporate great location next to summit and the staff was great but I wouldn’t stay again if it was free.

Room was quiet... could not hear those in adjoining rooms. Absurd to have to pay for parking. Thermostat in room was absolutely useless.

Company that controlled parking charged 4 days. We arrived 7/9 left at 0530 on 7/13. I didn’t expect to be charged for the day we left. Had 2 bills from them one for 7/9-7/13 and another for 7/13.
